Three years ago I was tired, weary and very worried - ready to try almost anything to get me to the life and income I dreamed about - and able to be there for my family on my terms.
To simply survive as an artist, activist, or solo-entrepreneur depends being consistently generating revenue month after month ... still leaving you enough time and energy for making your art, developing your idea (or engaging in political campaigns) and recharging your creative batteries!
I was in a fog of depression - worried about the future, numb and frozen with fear about what could lie ahead - cowering in digital darkness and doom. I’m guessing but that's maybe why you’re here!
Discovering the potential of Affiliate Marketing and the power of a proven system used by the Modern Wealthy was my lifeline to understanding, insights and developing technical skills to confidently set off into the unknown (to me) and face down any realer imagined online monsters.
I'd never heard of Affiliate Marketing, but I just felt sure that doing something online could give me the freedom and funds I was looking for. But I hadn’t a clue how to go about it.

#1 - You have to want it enough!
For me, the fog lifted when I faced up to the dangers ahead. My inaction would have consequences for us all - so I had to find a solution. I had finally acknowledged the SOS from Stephen - we needed full focus on securing our survival. I had to pick up skills, knowledge and strategies to navigate the online world and find the opportunities.
#2 - You have to invest enough time.
Nothing changes if nothing changes! Your time is precious (unlike money you'll never get it back) so you have to give time to making the changes you need to make, and make that time investment count. We've had some interruptions - end of life care for my mother had to take priority over everything for 18 months - but by following a proven roadmap for digital business success, we're building steadily towards our future for our families and community making sales, creating new income streams and living a life we love.
#3 - You have to be willing to learn
Learning the new digital skills and best strategies to navigate online is the key. It has been a challenge - not an easy ride for me - but it's taken me from being a weary frustrated artist and worried ex Charity Worker to becoming a happier, healthier more creative and now thriving online business owner! Getting the right education and support is invaluable ... but ......
The Internet is full of make money offers and ads promising the earth. Too good to be true. You’re sceptical of on-line hype, don’t have time to waste or cash to splash on another false start. Am I right? imagine the worst – and suspect the best?
That’s me too!
I’m really cautious about signing up to anything online, take ages to weigh things up and Stephen is super sceptical of on line sales pitches - but then I found a digital education that felt different.
#4 - Trust your gut. Listen to yourself.
I invested and followed this program – and our first results smashed Stephen's doubts, and mine!

10 Things you Need to Know before you Start

To rely on any one revenue stream – is risky. Multiple income streams can create stability for your art business and lifestyle.
We’re artists, writers and political campaigners and I’m a mother and grandmother and carent running a real business, earning real income.
I never thought I’d be able to pull off anything as technical as an online business - but I’ve done it – we’ve done it together! It’s been quite a journey - a real roller-coaster – but we’re so appreciating what investing in a superb digital education and affiliate marketing has made possible.

Life with Stephen has taken many turns – we met before the internet existed, and we’ve worked in communities all our lives. We’ve navigated our way through relationships and recessions, pandemics and political upheavals, cancer and austerity. I’ve had to adapt, reboot and reset my direction more times than I can remember with little reward - until a recurrence of breast cancer, with complications that nearly killed me, changed everything, and I found Stephen in tears. It was the kick up the backside I needed to wake up to the realities of our situation. The cupboard was bare, the tank on empty, creditors at our heels. The party was over. What we’d done all our lives (that’s a book and a TV series in the making) was not sustainable – financially, physically emotionally and Stephen was in despair. I had no idea what to do, but I knew I had to step up and do something or we’d be broken and broke long before we could enjoy our “golden years”.
I’d just discovered healing meditation downloads – so I kind of realised that the internet must be a way forward. I could see a formula and a marketing system behind what was being offered to me online, but I didn’t need a Lambo and suspected the get rich quick sell of scamming and pyramid selling. Still, I was hooked – searching and scrolling to learn more - downloading e-books and trying out courses, even reading books!
Then up popped some training showing complete beginners how to work online. The free intro course I stumbled across struck a chord. It showed me I didn’t need any tech knowledge, and there was no hard sell, no selling my soul on social media and I could start completely from scratch, with no ideas or products of my own.
I was wary, and Stephen was sceptical, but we agreed we really had nothing to lose by checking out and ultimately investing in some education that at the very least, would improve my digital skillsets. Am I glad we did! I followed the step-by-step training to build our Affiliate Marketing business – and we LOVE IT!
It’s been very hard work, but it’s been among the most rewarding things (mentally and financially) I’ve ever done for us both, and it’s been a huge confidence boost for me. I can fit my working schedule around family, friends and causes we both care about, and take days off at a time knowing that the systems we’ve put in place work for us 24/7.
Life today
We’re earning money – and it’s increasing steadily month on month – so I can re-invest in mentoring and more advanced training. This means I can apply key insights and skills to build our music and publishing business in whole new ways. We can now afford to pay others to do some of the tech stuff too – yes, I could do more myself, but I’d rather spend the time creating - making music or sailing with the grandchildren, teaching them how to be resilient and creative entrepreneurs so they too can love and appreciate life!
I just wish I’d come across this YEARS AGO!!
